When Diane and Austin Stack started Sure Action, they knew they had a sure thing. These owners have over 30 years of experience in security and know the value of superior alarm systems. In the 1970s, they owned Radio Surveillance, an alarm installation company and guard service, that became the largest of its kind on eastern Long Island, New York. In 1989, they jumped at an opportunity to purchase the Pulsor/Probe products. With Sure Action, they keep their focus on stable, reliable products and, to date, nearly a million Pulsors have been manufactured and successfully installed.
