Sentry’s recent acquiring of ID Systems has formed a strong new team.
On February 12, 1997, Knogo North America Inc., a long recognized leader in the development and manufacture of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems, merged with Video Sentry Corporation, a pioneer in the development of continuous tracking, traveling, video security systems. The merger formed the new parent company Sentry Technology Corporation. On April 30, 2004, Sentry Technology Corporation acquired 100% of the shares of ID Security Systems Canada Inc. and ID Systems USA Inc. Together, Sentry and ID Systems have more than 40 years of experience in the security industry.
